Is There A Difference Between Motivation and Inspiration?

Did you know there is a difference between Motivation and Inspiration?  Motivation generally means we have to sell ourselves on the idea of completing a task, it tends to feel more forced.  Motivation is not a bad thing at all, but what if you swapped it out for a feeling of Inspiration?  What if you could train yourself on how to identify a feeling of inspiration which would then turn those tasks into a desire rather than a fire?  Inspiration is all around us, every single day, everywhere you look.  Watch the branches of a strong tree in a windstorm just bend to the wind and not resist it.  That is what inspiration is, go with the flow, remove the resistance and feel the satisfaction in it.  Watch water flow, it will always find the path of least resistance and stress, and it just keeps going.  Working from an attitude of Inspiration versus Motivation will allow you not to just accomplish more, but to train yourself to identify that strong sense of satisfaction that came from the inside as opposed to the outside, e.g. the promise of a reward (ice cream, a nap, etc.).
